new website for The New Homes Company

With the relaunch of their state-of-the-art website The New Homes Company can claim to be setting a new standard for estate agents both locally and nationally. The highly interactive new website gives users streamlined access to a range of developments promoted by the Truro-based company.
After its formation a few years ago this specialist sales and marketing agency quickly made its mark on the Cornish property scene and is gearing up for further growth with the aid of the revamped website.
The contemporary styling of the site (www.thenewhomescompany.com) has been achieved through the input of Paul Woy, Creative and Marketing Manager, working closely with external consultant Martin Sanders, of local firm Sanders Design.
We’ve created this very user-friendly interface which loads far more quickly than our previous website and guides users to the information they need on pricing, location and specification within a few clicks - it has everything needed by first-time buyers and investors, including invaluable details on mortgages and financing” said Paul.
Flash animation and many ‘hot’ buttons for highlighting and enlarging various sections are a feature.
TNHC was the brainchild of David Worlledge, head of Lowena Homes, who was dissatisfied with the service from existing estate agents for his own innovative developments for young home-seekers. The new website has in part been created as a vehicle for Lowena Homes and careful consideration has been given to the company‘s target-market.
Says Andy Parsons, Sales Director of The New Homes Company ”Our company strapline is ‘turning dreams into reality’ - we always strive to enhance the home-buying experience and I feel the new website is an invaluable contribution to that. I have been really impressed with the outcome - the bar was set with our first website, but with the revamped modern styling that’s been implemented we’ve gone on to raise it. With the added impetus this gives to our property marketing and our sales bucking the current negative trend in the market we feel the sky’s the limit for the company’s potential growth.”
